CHANEL is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Executive for our Fragrance and Beauty Division to join our team. Based in Gran Canaria or Tenerife, your role at CHANEL contributes to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division. The Sales Executive for CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty division is responsible for managing clients and points of sale within Canarias & Baleares Island. The main goal is to maintain the brand’s image at stores, while boosting sales and profitability in the assigned region. What impact you can create at CHANEL Sales Management: Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, both overall and per retailer. Manage orders, new product launches, and point of sale materials, ensuring proper product displays and stock levels. Review sales data, send regular reports to the Area Manager, and suggest ways to improve performance. Carry out and monitor sales and marketing strategies to increase sales. Retail & Client Management: Provide ongoing advice and support to points of sale, ensuring CHANEL products are well‑displayed and customer needs are met. Train retailers and sales teams on new products. Make sure that makeup artists and beauty advisors assigned stores follow brand guidelines and deliver quality service. Supervision of Points of Sale: Ensure product displays, visual merchandising, and promotional materials are correctly executed at stores. Ensure that store staff know about CHANEL products and encourage continuous training. Collaborate in the planning and execution of promotional events at stores within the area. Report regularly to the Area Manager on sales results, initiatives, and any changes in the market or competition. Keep communication open with internal teams like marketing, logistics, and training to make sure that stores are managed efficiently and consistently. Previous and solid experience in Sales Roles, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industries. A multi‑tasking professional who can flex between focuses or projects at a time. Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus. Commercial Skills: Ability to manage sales data, analyze business performance, and recommend improvements. Leadership at Points of Sale: Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to maintain excellent brand representation.
