If this looks like you and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in at Welltech.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Localization Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving the localization strategy for all our products, ensuring an enhanced experience for our users.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting market assessment and analysis to identify localization needs in new regions or for new products, setting the vision for the team, and unleveling localization for the companyManaging the localization budget, including forecasting expenses and ensuring compliance with established limits.Supporting quality standards and creating quality control procedures for translations and localized content.Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, technical support) to align localized content with the company's strategy and user needs.Providing training and consultations for colleagues from other departments on best localization practices and utilization of available tools.Experience working with contractors and translators, and setting up processes for managing an outsourced team.
