Let’s build wellness for millions together.✨ What We're Looking For Exploring new heights, we are looking for a Localization Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving the localization strategy for all our products, ensuring an enhanced experience for our users.Key Responsibilities: Conducting market assessment and analysis to identify localization needs in new regions or for new products, setting the vision for the team, and unleveling localization for the companyManaging the localization budget, including forecasting expenses and ensuring compliance with established limits.Supporting quality standards and creating quality control procedures for translations and localized content.Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, technical support) to align localized content with the company’s strategy and user needs.Providing training and consultations for colleagues from other departments on best localization practices and utilization of available tools.Experience working with contractors and translators, and setting up processes for managing an outsourced team. Managing relationships with localization contractors (voiceovers, translators, proofreaders) expanding or optimizing resources as per product requirements.Overseeing localization efforts for the products across 15+ languages, including marketing creatives, educational content, recipes, meal plans, workouts, documentation, etc.Achieving target localization costs by implementing process automation and utilizing AI technologies (deepl, gpt4 etc)Investigating and implementing strategies to optimize localization processes.Adapting product and content strategies to accommodate the expansion of localization efforts and exploring new formats.Required skills: At least 5 years of experience in localization industryNative or professional proficiency (C1+) in English and desirable at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Ukrainian.Ability and experience setting up localization process from scratchExperience in localization into multiple languagesCandidate journey ⭕️ Recruiter call → ⭕️ Meet a team member → ⭕️ Skills assessment→ ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech: Grow Together : Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
