About the Role We are looking for a Content Operator to execute the daily content production for SSSTUFFF. You don't need to come up with big ideas — your job is to bring the ideas to life through filming, editing, and posting. This role is hands-on, technical, fast, and focused on clean execution. Key Responsibilities Film content based on scripts and shot lists from the Creative Director (phone or small camera) Edit TikToks, Reels, Stories, and short-form content with clean pacing and platform-friendly style Capture daily footage: B-roll, close-ups, product shots, street moments, store content Execute the content calendar: organize files, prepare drafts, schedule and publish posts Add subtitles, music, transitions, and adjustments following brand guidelines Follow and apply TikTok/IG trends in editing style, timing, and sound choice Support content creation during shoots, events, pop-ups, and retail activations Create simple graphic assets (thumbnails, text overlays, basic layouts) Requirements Skilled in filming and editing short-form content Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut (at least one) Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats Ability to execute instructions precisely and maintain consistency Fast, organized, and able to deliver content on tight timelines Basic understanding of fashion or youth culture is a plus, but high creativity is not required Bonus: photography basics, lighting, or experience in fast-paced content teams
