Remote Delivery Centers (xDC) Framework Lead Apply for the Remote Delivery Centers (xDC) Framework Lead role at SoftwareOne . SoftwareOne is looking for a visionary leader to design, evolve, and govern our worldwide delivery framework, uniting nearshore and offshore teams across geographies, service lines, and customers. As the xDC Framework Lead, you’ll shape the future of remote delivery and leave a global impact.

Responsibilities

Define and implement a world‑class global delivery framework across all our centres. Lead the rollout, adoption, and integration of the framework worldwide. Drive change, efficiency, and innovation across distributed teams. Build a customer‑centric culture and a high‑performing network of delivery hubs.

Establish KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement programs to measure success. Partner with leaders across CoEs, sales, and service lines to maximize business impact.

Job Requirements

Strategic thinker with experience in global services delivery, operations, or transformation. Proven ability to design and implement operating models across multiple geographies. Skilled in leading distributed, nearshore/offshore teams and driving cultural change. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

Experience

applying Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and continuous improvement principles. Inspiring communicator and thought leader ready to take our delivery network to the next level.
