Our international team of 1,200 professionals and digital nomads works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and many other locations. We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (TikTok) to join our team. TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization. Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM, and other tools. Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives. TikTok expert with at least 1 year of experience (TikTok certificate will be an additional advantage). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data. English is B2 or higher. Russian C1+ (must have). REMOTE opportunity to work full time. 50%
