Monteloeder, Elche, Alicante | SuanNutra GroupAt Monteloeder, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our commercial and operations activities in a B2B, regulated environment.This role is key to ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.Your main responsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, documentation and operational inquiries.Support the Sales team by ensuring accurate and timely order management and customer follow-up.Enter and manage commercial orders in the ERP system.Track offers, opportunities and pending orders in the CRM system.Prepare, send and follow up on technical and commercial documentation (CoAs, specifications, SDS, etc.).Coordinate order follow-up with Purchasing, Quality, Operations and Logistics teams.Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively communicate any deviations.Manage samples coordination and follow-up.Support customer complaint management in coordination with the Quality Department, especially when Sales Managers are travelling or attending trade fairs.Ensure compliance with agreed commercial conditions,
