En Solvo Global estamos en la búsqueda de un operations coordinator el cual será responsable de coordinar, gestionar, y liderar las operaciones efectuadas por su equipo de trabajo para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, fidelización y crecimiento del negocio, a través del desarrollo de un pensamiento sistémico y de planes que promuevan la cultura Solvo y la implementación de soluciones tácticas que generen beneficio para todas las partes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones procesadas por su equipo para brindar un servicio de alta calidad que cumpla con las expectativas de los clientes, mejore su experiencia y les fidelice.
  • Construir y desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento a través del acompañamiento y dirección a líderes para la consecución de resultados y así garantizar el éxito de las operaciones, la satisfacción del cliente y el crecimiento del negocio.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas, fidelizando su relación con la empresa.
  • Utilizar el pensamiento sistémico para identificar cómo las diferentes áreas de la empresa interactúan entre sí, y cómo estas interacciones impactan en la satisfacción del cliente y el éxito del negocio. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de las operaciones, a través de la implementación de procesos y procedimientos eficaces y eficientes.
  • Supervisar y colaborar con las áreas habilitadoras para garantizar la entrega de niveles de servicio acordados con los clientes, identificando oportunidades de mejora para ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad.
  • Analizar el rendimiento de las operaciones y presentar recomendaciones para optimizar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad del negocio. Utilizar datos y métricas para tomar decisiones informadas, asegurando la mejora continua de los procesos y procedimientos.

Habilidades y Calificaciones:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando operaciones en la industria del BPO.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos o personas a su cargo.
  • Pensamiento analítico.
  • Relaciones con clientes.
  • Nivel de Inglés avanzado (B2 - C1) conversacional.

Disponibilidad presencial horaria requerida de 10:00 - 19:00 Arg.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Indefinido.
