About Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas: This luxurious resort community will offer a private beach, yacht club, and members-only amenities. As part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, it will provide an unparalleled experience for luxury travelers.

About the Role: As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily housekeeping operations, preparing reports, and adhering to quality standards established by Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign rooms according to guest arrival times, ensuring timely readiness.
  • Track guest calls, DND reports, and departmental inventory.
  • Respond promptly to FS Chat requests, sending welcome messages and contacting guests as needed.
  • Review and follow up on special requests (anniversary, honeymoon, birthday, etc).

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
