About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily housekeeping services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and assigning rooms to ensure timely preparation for guest arrivals
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest calls and Do Not Disturb (DND) reports
  • Preparing daily reports and inventory necessary for the department
  • Responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
