The role involves working closely with internal teams, applying various traffic tools and methods, and contributing to testing and optimisation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and test new traffic sources based on project goalsManage and direct traffic to designated web resourcesMonitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams to align traffic strategies with broader objectivesSupport ongoing optimisation through analysis and structured experimentationQualificationsExperience in traffic acquisition, media buying, or digital promotionUnderstanding of different traffic sources and traffic typesFamiliarity with automation tools and analytics platforms>Russian – fluent; English – strong written communicationAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environmentWe offerRemote formatFlexible setup and fast processesCompetitive payDiscreet, task-focused environmentOpportunity to apply niche skills with full ownership#J-18808-Ljbffr
