We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years' experience in the business. Our head office is located in Finestrat (Alicante) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece, and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic Branch Manager for our office at Bilbao Airport.

The main responsibilities are:

  1. Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
  2. Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
  3. Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
  4. Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
  5. Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
  6. Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
  7. Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.

Minimum requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
  2. Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
  3. It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc.
  4. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
  5. Advanced level of Office Automation.
  6. Fluent English. Other languages will be valued.
