This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who's passionate about growth, performance, and managing high-impact teams. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional environment — crafting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results at scale.LocationThis position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain).What You'll DoOwn and scale our performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.Define strategy, manage budgets, and lead execution across 10+ countries.Lead, develop, and empower a team of performance marketers.Develop and implement testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel strategies.Partner with creative, data, product, booking center and sales teams to deliver full-funnel growth.Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale.Collaborate directly with Meta, TikTok, and Google to unlock new opportunities.Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.What You Bring6+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and full-funnel growth tactics.Excellent grasp of data analytics, attribution, and media mix modeling.Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills.Fluent proficiency in English.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.Why You'll Love It HereBe part of a company where performance marketing isn't just important – it's the engine driving our success.Lead ambitious, high-budget campaigns across 10+ countries, cementing our position as a DTC leader.Get full support from our top-tier creative, dev, and design teams, along with high-level backing from Meta, TikTok, Google teams.Join a dynamic, innovative team committed to growth, results, and making people smile – literally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
