As a Senior Purple Team Architect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the complete strategy of Purple Teaming activities. You will collaborate with all Information Security departments to build a strong Information Security Culture, ensuring thorough understanding of security and knowledge. The ideal candidate must have excellent engagement and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a team‑oriented approach that balances security needs and user experience while providing best‑in‑class security for the organization. Build, define and maintain the Red Team strategy. Perform defensive security testing on web applications, company infrastructure, and users. Evaluate security on architecture and IT designs. Create metrics and present results in a non‑IT user way with friendly and understandable language. Contribute to the development of best practices within our Information Security team. Craft automated security auditing and monitoring tools and enhancements to cover various risk themes including those related to Insider Threat. Monitor and protect sensitive services, data, and systems from intrusions or disruption. Constantly research improvements to the information security structure. Five years of a university degree or four‑year college diploma required, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other related fields. Extensive knowledge about Red Teams activities (offensive security). Experience managing and configuring enterprise‑wide security solutions for web, web applications, and internet services. Hands‑on expertise in scripting and/or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Strong knowledge of systems administration, including security, networking, monitoring/alerting, etc. Background in IT Security roles or knowledge in perimeter security, DDoS Protection, WAF configuration, and other security tools. Good understanding of encryption and hashing algorithms for data protection at rest and in transit. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Any other Information Security certifications related to Red Team (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server or Linux), Purple Team (e.g., Knowledge/Experience in code analysis and secure code.
