About the Company A fast-growing electromobility technology company is looking for a Sales Manager (IC role) to support its expansion across Spain and Europe. This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong technical background and proven experience selling complex, multidisciplinary products (hardware + software + electrical systems) in B2B environments. Role Overview You will act as an individual contributor role (not a leadership role & will not include people management) Drive new business acquisition across Spain and Europe Manage the full sales cycle from Prospecting → Qualification → Closure Engage with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and strategic partners Work closely with technical and engineering teams Frequent travel across Spain and Europe Requirements 5+ years of hunter sales experience selling complex, multidisciplinary products (electrical + hardware + software systems — not purely mechanical/metal products) Technical degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar) English – professional proficiency Based in Barcelona (onsite role) Valid work permit for Spain (no sponsorship available) Comfortable with frequent travel Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Human Resources Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Catalyst Talent Solutions by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
