Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil que se incorpore como Manager en el equipo Strategy & Value Creation - CFO Office para trabajar de la mano de la dirección del equipo y potenciar la práctica en la firma. Planificación y ejecución de las tareas asociadas a la toma de control, integración y transformación del Departamento Financiero de una compañía recientemente adquirida. Reporting analítico: definición de modelos de reporting analítico que permitan mostrar ágilmente ventas, rentabilidad y márgenes por producto, cliente, línea de negocio, etc. Definición del modelo de previsión de Caja. Experiencia profesional de al menos 5 años en Big 4 en departamentos de función financiera o Transaction Services y/o experiencia en departamentos financieros de Private Equities. Conocimiento sector Private equity y de las necesidades de información que un private equity tiene de sus participadas. Experiencia en liderar la integración de la Función Financiera de compañías adquiridas por private equities (dimensionamiento equipo de Finanzas, identificación de sinergias…). Conocimiento detallado de los principales procesos de Finanzas (con especial foco en presupuestación, forecasting, reporting analítico). Conocimiento de la metodología de integración de los 100 días y su aplicabilidad a la Función Financiera. Conocimiento detallado de modelización financiera en Excel y deseable experiencia con otras soluciones como Alterix/Power BI. Imprescindible nivel de inglés muy alto (C1-C2). Se valorarán otros idiomas. Se requiere capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, proactividad, carácter comercial, buena capacidad de comunicación, iniciativa, flexibilidad.
