For our Spanish office in Barcelona we are currently looking for a Accountant Property Management Job description: Upload the corresponding Property Management invoices inside VGP´s program (AFM) Perform debt follow-up Invoicing tenants Re-invoicing supplies tenants / construction companies Re-invoicing corrective invoices tenants / construction companies Reconciliation of tenant expenses Upload maintenance contracts to program and update them yearly Remittance management (payments / receipts) Communication with tenants on administrative issues Update of deposits Follow up and claiming with tenants of guarantees agreed in contracts Follow-up of tenants' claims Sending all Property Management invoices to accounts Supporting the team when someone is travelling Claiming supplier invoice payments Communication with suppliers, administrative side Control the organization of the Property Management network Our requirements: Studies demonstrating the experience and knowledge to perform the required in the job description Previous experience in administration Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Structured way of working, social competence and ability to work in a team What we offer: A versatile key position in a fast growing company with a high level of personal autonomy Pleasant work atmosphere with respectful interaction within the team Salary according to experience Should you find yourself in our job description we are looking forward to receive your application letter.
