Se distingue por combinar expertise funcional con tecnología avanzada.Es un rol clave que combina gestión de calidad, coordinación de proyectos y delivery, asegurando que los proyectos se entregan con impacto y alineados con las necesidades del cliente.¿Cuáles son las funciones y responsabilidades de un/a Project Manager?Encargarse de la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de QA , garantizando la cobertura completa de pruebas y la validación del producto.Gestionar y coordinar el equipo de QA , para asegurar entregas de alta calidad.Responsable del delivery de los proyectos , asegurando que se ejecutan según planificación, bajo metodologías ágiles, con control de riesgos y dependencias.Coordinar directamente equipos técnicos y clientes , asegurando comunicación clara, alineación de expectativas y seguimiento de resultados.Supervisar y mantener las herramientas de testing y seguimiento (Jira, Confluence y propias de la empresa).Para destacar en este rol, necesitas:+5 años de experiencia en banca y/o seguros , en roles de QA, análisis funcional o gestión de proyectos IT.Experiencia sólida en metodologías ágiles y uso de Jira y Confluence .Capacidad de liderar y tomar decisiones con autonomía, con visión de negocio y enfoque en resultados.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para coordinar áreas de negocio y tecnología .Valorable experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos IT y consultoría estratégica o Big Four.¿Por qué debería aplicar a la oferta de Project Manager?Rol estratégico y transversal, con ownership total de QA y delivery , impactando directamente en la calidad y éxito de los proyectos.Entorno de consultoría boutique , con autonomía, visibilidad y aprendizaje continuo.Participación en proyectos de transformación digital de alto valor para clientes financieros . xiphtebUbicación: Madrid, teletrabajo 100% con opción de acudir a oficina.Salario: A partir de 45.000€ A/B
