FASHION CASTING EXPERT
¿CÓMO SERIA TU DÍA A DÍA EN MANGO?
Tu misión como Casting Expert será seleccionar y contratar modelos que representen fielmente la identidad de Mango, optimizando la estrategia de casting con innovación tecnológica y tendencias emergentes.
- Responsable de las negociaciones / booking de casting de WOMAN y MAN de on line (e-commerce y editorials) siguiendo la estrategia de la marca.
- Contacto y PR con agencias de modelos nacionales e internacionales.
- Organización de casting anual por temporada en Paris.
- Responsable de elaborar un board orgánico con las modelos a trabajar en la temporada.
- Identificar tendencias y explorar nuevas tecnologías asociadas al casting (modelos con AI, avatares, etc).
- Formación y pasión por la moda.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en casting.
- Curiosidad por nuevas tecnologías.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
Condiciones:
- Horario Flexible (entrada de 8h a 9h30 y salida de 17h a 18h30), jornada intensiva los viernes (de 8h a 9h hasta las 14h / 15h) y mayoría de vigilias de festivos.
