Grupo La FamiliaMarbella | Puerto BanúsAbout the RoleGrupo La Familia is a hospitality group behind Cascada Marbella and a new restaurant opening in Puerto Banús in summer 2026.We are looking for a Marketing, Sales & Events Assistant to work closely with senior management on two ambitious projects:A busy restaurant with prestigious ambitions, including entering the Michelin Guide in 2026The launch of an new 80-cover restaurant in one of the most competitive areas of Puerto BanúsThis is a hands-on, demanding role in a fast-moving environment, designed for someone who enjoys responsibility, pressure, and building things properly.TasksWhat This Role InvolvesTaking ownership, not just executing tasksThinking ahead and reacting appropriately in real situationsBalancing strategic work with operational presenceUnderstanding that sustainable business is built on win–win relationshipsBeing reliable, structured, and results-orientedMarketingMarketing is an investment. The goal is measurable impact and revenue.Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate incomeTurn ideas into concrete, well-executed actionsThink in terms of ROI, conversion, and efficiencyCoordinate content creation (design, photo, video, post-production)Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and collaboratorsMove fast while maintaining quality and structureSalesSales is about representation and consistency.Represent the company professionally to B2B and B2C clientsActively support business development and partnershipsAlign daily actions with clear objectives and long-term visionBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationshipsFollow up properly and contribute to closing opportunitiesEventsEvents are a key revenue driver and must be executed with excellence.Plan and support the execution of weddings, private and corporate eventsCoordinate teams, suppliers, and clients smoothlyAnticipate challenges and resolve them efficientlyProtect both guest experience and financial performanceDeliver events that encourage repeat business and referralsRequirementsProven experience in hospitality – mandatoryFluent English and Spanish – spoken and written – non-negotiableHighly organised, able to manage multiple priorities at onceFast-thinking, creative profiles are welcome, but organisation and structure are non-negotiable.Creative, hands‑on skills: graphic design, photo, video, editing, content creationStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsAble to adapt, communicate clearly, and interact confidently with all types of peopleStrong team playerYou will join a well‑established team built over several years; collaboration, respect, and reliability are keyGood judgment, common sense, and a proactive mindsetBenefitsDirect exposure to decision-making and real responsibilityInvolvement in ambitious hospitality projectsOpportunities for long‑term growth within the groupA dynamic environment where no two days are the sameThis is a challenging role .Managing high standards while preparing a major new opening in a competitive market requires resilience, intelligence, and commitment.
