In this role, you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and are looking for a stable role with standard working hours and a healthy work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chatProvide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel servicesEnsure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalismWork towards individual and team KPIsMaintain and update customer information in internal systemsBuild and maintain basic knowledge of the clients products and servicesParticipate in training and quality improvement initiativesRequirementsFluent Swedish (spoken and written)Good level of EnglishStrong communication and customer service skillsConfident using computers and multiple systemsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changeHigh school diploma (customer service experience is a plus)Availability to work fixed weekday shiftsWhat We OfferFull-time role with standard working hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00)Monthly Salary: 1,840.65 EURMonthly performance-based bonusFully paid training and onboardingContinuous learning and development programsCareer growth and internal mobility opportunitiesHealth and wellbeing initiativesRelocation support provided, will be discussedat later stages of the recruitment processAdditional Benefits (Applicable to All Roles)Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net , paid in addition to the base salaryAdditional compensation for night shift hours (if applicable), in line with company policy500 BGN bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation)Medical plan including health and dental careLife insuranceMultisport CardCorporate discounts on various goods and servicesNon-EU candidates must have a valid work permit for Bulgaria to be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
