Location: Sofia BulgariaWork Model: HybridWorking Hours: Monday Friday 10:00 19:00Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Travel Support Representative to join our customer-focused team supporting a global travel. This role you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals and other travel services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills and are looking for a stable role with standard working hours and a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email and chat Provide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel services Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism Work towards individual and team KPIs Maintain and update customer information in internal systems Build and maintain basic knowledge of the clients products and services Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives Requirements Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Good level of English Strong communication and customer service skills Confident using computers and multiple systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to change High school diploma (customer service experience is a plus) Availability to work fixed weekday shifts What We Offer Full-time role with standard working hours (MonFri 10:00 19:00) Monthly Salary: EUR Monthly performance-based bonus Fully paid training and onboarding Continuous learning and development programs Career growth and internal mobility opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives Relocation support provided will be discussed at later stages of the recruitment process Additional Benefits (Applicable to All Roles) Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary Additional compensation for night shift hours (if applicable) in line with company policy 500 BGN bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) Medical plan including health and dental care Life insurance Multisport Card Corporate discounts on various goods and services Non-EU candidates must have a valid work permit for Bulgaria to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
