Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole transition from land acquisition and engagement process with future clients as the starting point to ensure and facilitate a smooth and seamless hand over to the business unit´s Design & Engineering team.
- Establish an orderly and digital process for the project hand over to the Design & Construction team incl. definition, implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Set up the foundations of the digital construction process.
- Provide qualified input to inform and update the CAPEX and associated cash flows.
- Asset management baseline set up and digital process implementation to ensure life cycle monitoring throughout.
- Establish the standards to achieve with regards to H&S, Sustainability and Quality Plans.
- Promote safety, sustainability, and energy-efficient design solutions.
