Field Service Engineer for DR and CR equipment. This position performs technical service and support day-to-day business on Agfa and 3rd party products and systems to customers. This position performs technical support for Agfa NV imaging products. The employee will be based from home and will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment. The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work alone and as part of a team, be able to interact well with colleagues, customers and third party trades in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company. Location: Valencia - Spain. Who You Are (Qualifications): Education: University degree in Engineering / Electronics / Biomedical / Mechatronics or related X-Ray operator license could be a plus Experience: The ability to service mechanical and electrical devices together with cooperating computer software. Min. 3 years of previous experience in installing and maintaining medical devices/healthcare products and especially X-ray/DR systems. Experience of networking and remote diagnosis software systems. Experience of working safely with electromechanical systems. Project Management skills could be a plus. Specific skills: Languages: Spanish (native speaker level) and English (at least B2 level), Valencian/Catalan language is desirable Proactivity, flexibility, independence, own initiative, eager to act on short notice and to change schedules, flexible and adaptable, openness to new challenges, focus on customer relationship, positive mindset, energy to make the change. Excellent attention to detail, ability to use initiative, strong self-motivation, ease of communicating with people, willingness to daily travel on business. Able to fault find basic electronics to component level and excellent analytical skills. Good X-Ray/DR and Windows 7/10 knowledge. Full driving license – willingness to travel daily for business within the country and occasionally to other European countries.
