The teacher will deliver Drama across KS3 and KS4 (English National Curriculum) and KS5 (International A levels), inspiring creativity, supporting student wellbeing and contributing to the school’s strong academic and pastoral culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Teach high-quality Drama lessons across KS3–KS5.Plan creative and structured lessons that inspire student engagement.Promote excellent progress using effective assessment strategies.Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a positive classroom environment.Act as a form tutor and support students pastorally.Support school productions and extracurricular performing arts.Use ICT confidently in planning and teaching.Contribute to the wider school community.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in Drama or a related discipline.Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice.KS3–KS5 teaching experience desirable (UK or international).High level of English (native or equivalent).Commitment to learning Spanish.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
