ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Education is looking for a Secondary Drama Teacher
to join one of our premium schools in Madrid. The teacher will deliver Drama across KS3 and KS4 (English National Curriculum) and KS5 (International A levels), inspiring creativity, supporting student wellbeing and contributing to the school's strong academic and pastoral culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Teach high-quality Drama lessons across KS3–KS5.
  • Plan creative and structured lessons that inspire student engagement.
  • Promote excellent progress using effective assessment strategies.
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
  • Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a positive classroom environment.
  • Act as a form tutor and support students pastorally.
  • Support school productions and extracurricular performing arts.
  • Use ICT confidently in planning and teaching.
  • Contribute to the wider school community.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related discipline.
  • PGCE/QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice.
  • KS3–KS5 teaching experience desirable (UK or international).
  • High level of English (native or equivalent).
  • Commitment to learning Spanish.
