What you’ll do As Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by hunting new opportunities and building strong executive relationships. You will create territory business plans, generate pipeline, and position SAP Customer Experience solutions to deliver measurable customer outcomes. Develop and execute territory business plans generating 4x quota in pipeline opportunities Identify, qualify, and drive strategy for new business opportunities across CRM, Commerce, Service, Customer Data, Marketing, and CPQ Partner with Sales Managers, Regional VAT, and leadership to run strategic sales cycles and campaigns Build and nurture executive relationships, positioning SAP leadership with key accounts Lead efforts to expand market share and achieve revenue goals within named accounts Contribute to seeding services and developing repeatable sales best practices Collaborate with ISV and SI partners to strengthen customer value and adoption What you bring 8+ years’ experience selling business software or IT solutions, preferably Customer Experience solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience selling to C‑suite executives and managing complex sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field Completion of sales methodology training preferred Native Spanish and fluency in English required Meet your team You will report to regional sales leadership and collaborate with Sales Managers, VAT teams, and partners. Together, you will drive pipeline growth, close deals, and expand SAP’s footprint across Spain. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona or Madrid, with limited travel required.
