We’re a profitable early-stage company with clients like TravelPerk, OLX, Accenture, Inditex, and FreeNow , and we’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of the Workfully platform. The Role We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend and domain-driven design focus. You’ll work on the core logic that powers Workfully — designing scalable backend systems, defining clear domain boundaries, and ensuring our architecture supports fast, reliable growth. What You’ll Do Design and implement modular backend systems using NestJS and Sequelize Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to model business logic Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define clear service boundaries Ensure testability, maintainability, and performance of backend systems Support architectural decisions that balance scalability and simplicity Our Stack We work with a modern TypeScript-based stack: Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0 Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture Who You Are You’re comfortable thinking in domains, boundaries, and abstractions You like clarity, modularity, and simple architecture done right You have strong backend fundamentals and can deliver full-stack when needed You collaborate easily and communicate clearly about trade-offs Why Workfully We’re a small, product-driven team building technology that changes how recruiting works.
