We’re a profitable early‑stage company with clients like TravelPerk, OLX, Accenture, Inditex, and FreeNow, and we’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of the Workfully platform. The Role We’re looking for a Mid‑Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus to help us shape the face of Workfully. You’ll work closely with design and product to build high‑quality, performant user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and candidates. You’ll care deeply about design consistency, maintainable code, and frontend architecture that scales. What You’ll Do Build user‑facing features with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS Ensure design consistency and accessibility across the platform Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive, high‑performing interfaces Apply clean code and architectural patterns to frontend development Write maintainable, well‑tested code with strong attention to detail Our Stack Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0 Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions Principles: SOLID, Domain‑Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture Who You Are You have strong experience building modern React / Next.js applications You care about the details — UX, performance, and code clarity You collaborate well with designers and care about consistency You’re curious, reliable, and motivated by shipping high-quality features Why Workfully We’re a small, product‑driven team building technology that changes how recruiting works.
