Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is on the search for a new challenge. Our team is growing and we are hiring Customer Care Agents for a receptive agency in our Palma Office for Summer Season 2026. The main responsibilities will be: Telephone support to our clients and agencies. Transfers’ schedule confirmation. Lost and found assistance. Assistance to customers with claims or emergencies. Requirements Minimum experience of one year in a similar position. Customer service oriented. Fluent English, writing and speaking. Intermediate level of German or French. Other languages will be valued. Flexible working schedule. Available to work night shifts. Office Package knowledge.
