TravelgateX is growing We are looking for **Customer Care Agents**. This is a key role focused on improving the level of satisfaction of our dear clients, solving their technical issues in a efficient way.

**CUSTOMER CARE AGENT DUTIES**:

- Issue review and resolution
- Organize, assign tickets to the correspondent project
- Register all service conversations between customer and development teams.
- Monitoring and follow issues evolution and due dates
- Activate new connections for new or already existing customers
- First to be contacted by customers
- Appropriate issues scaling
- Maintain and update customer’s tickets
- Accompany customers throughout the tickets resolution process
- Ensure all necessary information is registered until the issue is solved
- Develop and improve Help Desk procedures
- Onboarding/Connect customers following Customer Success requests

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1 year of experience
- Kanban (pull) skills, able to self-assign tasks.
- Flexibility, able to adapt to each type of issue and each department
- Capacity to avoid development interruptions
- Seek solutions to generate an impact on customers
- Customer service and care-oriented
- Languages: English (mainly written) and Spanish
