Support and guide senior executive on the decision‑making processes.Lead key recurrent initiatives of internal communication to Leadership Team (quarterly meeting, others).Execute specific research or analysis on demand to promote optimization of our business performance.Push a strategic thinking approach across the organization based on a well‑structured and decision‑making processes.Ensure an efficient execution of key company projects (prioritization, monitoring, risk identification and elaboration of mitigation plans) on a quarterly basis, in collaboration with key areas of the organization.Identify improvement opportunities on the global project framework in Edenred Spain and transform the minutes into concrete actions.Requirements we needYou have a degree in Business / Engineering or similar with strong academic record.3+ years experience in a business focused similar role, either in a recognized Management Consulting Company (Big4 preferred) or in a strategic planning role within a multinational company.Demonstrated track record in the elaboration of plans to achieve an organization’s mid and long‑term goals; effective interaction with Senior Executives; and outstanding presentation skills.Ability to identify, interact and manage key stakeholders within the different levels of a multinational environment in an autonomous way.English is a must.You have proven :Strong capacity to understand new environments, business operations and procedures in a quick and efficient way.Capacity to interact effectively with Senior Executives. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with them.Demonstrated ability to execute end‑to‑end transformational projects.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.Team player with strong resilience.Self‑organization, prioritization and planning skills.Ability to influence and lead others.Flexible mindset, proactivity and passion about business development and digital ecosystems.Nice to have :Background in working within Agile environments, or previous demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
