About The Role As Program Office Lead, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, supporting the CEO in driving Zurich’s vision and priorities. You’ll coordinate high‑impact initiatives, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure seamless execution of key projects. What You’ll Do Executive Support & Strategic Partnership – Serve as the right hand to the CEO, enabling focus on strategic priorities; manage the CEO’s agenda; prepare briefings, presentations, and key communications; support the CEO in steering leadership meetings, board sessions, and critical projects. Program Management & Coordination – Drive execution of cross‑functional strategic initiatives; monitor progress on CEO‑sponsored projects; lead special projects and task forces on behalf of the CEO. Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, business units, and external partners; facilitate clear communication and collaboration; ensure the CEO’s vision and priorities are cascaded effectively throughout the organization. Organizational Effectiveness – Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency; champion Zurich’s values and culture; support change management and adoption of new initiatives across the business. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in business management, strategy, consulting, or executive support. Proven track record of managing complex projects and supporting senior leadership. Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into clear action. High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters. Proficiency in project management tools and executive communications.
