The Change Delivery team within Investment Admin & Accounting function is looking for a Sr. Project/Program Office Consultant to run the Change Delivery Service Office. You will be the first point of contact for the overall project portfolio for the Change Delivery Service and provide consultative to project teams on planning, governance and quality assurance, across the overall project portfolio. You will report to the Head of Change Delivery Service

**Your role**

**As a Change Program Office Manager**
**your main responsibilities will involve**
- Manage the Change Delivery project portfolio on behalf of the Service, including project prioritization, roadmap, resource capacity management
- Ensure proper and timely management information on the change portfolio, such as project progress, risk heat maps and dependencies
- Provides guidance to the project delivery team on resource requirement/allocation, standards and alignments of service
- Ensure the projects within Change Delivery Service operate within clear governance boundaries by performing quality assurance for all projects in the portfolio against Zurich Project Framework in general and the project delivery framework from the IAA change and program office specifically.
- Support in financial management of the portfolio, including business cases for new project
- Ensure information quality to our solution sounding board as well as the change control board
- Acts as ambassador for Zurich Group Project Standard and the change and program office
- Facilitate the onboarding of new change people in regard to our way of working and standards.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Change Program Office Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- 10-12 years of experience in Project/Program Management & Planning Office
- Experience in different project management tool (Clarizen, Planview, etc.) and ability to adapt to Zurich preferred project management tool and framework
- Good communication skills and ability to influence others
- PMP certification or similar Project Management Office certification
- Fluent in English is a must

Primary work location is
**Barcelona**, Via Augusta. Hybrid work mode, up to 80% of the time in remote and 20% in the office.
