Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager situated in Madrid. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire business currently 2 stores in Madrid. This roles includes managing daily business operations, designing and ensuring efficient processes, providing leadership to the team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, analyzing operational performance, maintaining excellent customer relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Additional tasks may involve staff training, problem-solving, and coordination. The GM will report directly to the owners. This role is extremely hands-on with full presence at the restaurants. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team-building and staff supervision Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget management and performance analysis Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Customer service and relationship management skills Proficiency with business and operational tools, as well as relevant software Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is mandatory Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
