Reporting directly to the CEO, this role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and includes:Full P&L accountabilityCross‑functional team leadership (20+ people)Scaling systems, processes, and operational frameworksDriving SaaS growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performanceActing as the CEO’s operational partner and successor‑track leaderThis position will manage team leads across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, and IT Operations.Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & StrategyDiagnose operational bottlenecks and growth barriersLead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and accelerate scaleTranslate company vision into actionable execution plans2.
