Job TitleRyanair are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin Support Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline GroupThis is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.ResponsibilitiesSupport the CS team in responding to legal bodies in a timely manner handling EU261, Montreal Convention claims and other consumer matters.Gather evidence and prepare files for National Enforcement Bodies/Consumer Offices.Help manage the case load to assist our internal and external teams in case preparation.Respond to written legal correspondence in line with the Customer Service department’s service levels and procedures.Understand and interpret legal claims and court correspondence.Work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.Liaise with Lawyers and Legal Bodies on a regular basis.Report and communicate solutions to any problems which may arise.Provide regular support on EU261 legislation and other consumer matters, keep records, databases and systems up-to-date, and ensure the timely
