Senior People Ops - France & Spain - M/F/NB (Full-time contract Barcelona)We're looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join Click&Boat as a Senior People Ops. The role supports our France and Spain teams, focusing on administration, payroll, onboarding, and employee well‐being. Key responsibilities: Manage employee mobility and onboarding – handle new‐hire administrative processes (NIE, TIE, visas, etc.) for France & Spain. Support employees – explain contracts, payslips, and other HR matters. Process monthly payroll in France and Spain in coordination with our external payroll provider. Oversee workplace well‐being – organize events, weekly breakfasts, and monitor office topics. Desired qualifications: 3+ years of experience in French and/or Spanish contract administration and legal positions. Experience managing junior staff. Fluency in Spanish, French, and English.
