Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world, and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.
Since our conception in 2013 we have grown substantially and we have acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world's largest boating marketplace.
So far, we are opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.
Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and we also have offices in Barcelona

Job descriptionTeam:
The HR team is split between France and Spain and organized into two areas: Recruitment and People.
The Recruitment team, led by Julie, is based in Spain and usually consists of 4 to 5 team members.
As part of a replacement, we are now looking for an Senior People Ops to take ownership of the administration and payroll scope across both countries. In this role, you will be supported by an apprentice focusing on office management, employee experience, and operational tasks.
The team is overseen by Tiphaine, our VP of HR, who is based in Paris.
Tasks:
Here's what you'll be working on:
- Managing employee mobility and onboarding – Handling the arrival of new hires in France & Spain, including administrative processes (NIE, TIE, visas, etc.).
- Supporting employees – Helping them understand their contracts, payslips, and other HR-related matters.
- Managing payroll – Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees in France and Spain in coordination with the external payroll provider.
- Overseeing workplace well-being – Organizing events, weekly breakfasts, and monitoring office topics.

- You're familiar with French and/or Spanish contract administration (ideally 3 years of experience in admin and legal positions).
- You have a first experience in managing juniors.
- You speak Spanish, French & English fluently.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
