Your Main Responsibilities Deliver clear, professional, and timely support to our global customers via verbal and written communication; Provide effective technical assistance, resolve inquiries, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction; Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and opportunities for optimization; Collaborate across departments to manage escalations and secondary investigations, ensuring seamless resolution; About The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in Customer Support or a related service environment; A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and delivers results; Strong customer focus with the ability to navigate technical and communication challenges; Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office; Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or airline industries is a plus; Fluent in English; Other languages like French and German are preferred.
