You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams and external partners to build integrated, secure, and resilient software solutions. ✅ What You’ll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design and adapt IT solution architectures, creating functional and integration designs based on business needs. Coordinate external implementation partners: align on designs, conduct integration testing, and ensure quality of deliverables. Manage external vendors, including contract review, negotiation, and ensuring SLA compliance. Define product vision together with business stakeholders, prioritize backlogs for key platforms (B2B portal, supply chain, retail, middleware, eCommerce), and ensure development teams deliver business value. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to make sure products meet user needs and business goals. Provide 3rd-level support: troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and use low‑code solutions when needed.
