We are looking for a Product Planning & Pricing to strengthen our Product team. This role is critical in ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of our product portfolio through accurate execution, robust analysis, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.You will be part of the Product team and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, managing day-to-day pricing and planning activities while contributing to volume optimization and forecasting accuracy.Main ResponsibilitiesManage pricing structures and product positioning across the portfolio.Lead volume planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and production capacity.Conduct scenario analyses and simulations to support strategic and commercial decisions.Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for management and internal committees.Coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure consistency in pricing and volume assumptions.Ensure accurate implementation of pricing and planning decisions during product launches and updates.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in pricing, planning, or product management (experience in the automotive sector is highly valued).Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytical tools (Power BI preferred).Strong understanding of cost structures, margins, and forecasting methodologies.Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Effective communication and strong teamwork capabilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.What We OfferA key role with direct impact on pricing and planning performance.Participation in strategic projects within a leading automotive brand.International, collaborative, and cross-functional work environment.Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.Competitive compensation package.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionStrategy/Planning and AnalystIndustriesMotor Vehicle ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EBRO by 2xGet notified about new Product Planning Specialist jobs in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain .#J-18808-Ljbffr
