This role is a 6-month fixed‑term contract. Please submit the English version of your CV These approaches, applied at the local level, will result in Taskers being higher quality, and more retentive – which drives client bookings and retention. As a Tasker Recruitment Associate for Iberia, you will focus on recruiting, nurturing and interacting with the Tasker community, especially in the first stage and in critical and low‑density remote areas. Acquiring, growing and stabilising supply in Tier 2–3 metros and provinces (low‑density remote areas), coaching Taskers effectively, and ensuring they fulfil all jobs scheduled in their area of responsibility. Hit monthly goals for Tasker acquisition by meeting regularly and cultivating relationships with trade schools, employment agencies, autonomo associations, and universities. Test different ways to encourage acquisition of high‑quality Taskers. We’re looking for someone remote in the community of Madrid, with the ability to travel to other regions as required. Native Spanish speaker is a must, Portuguese speaking is an added advantage. Communicates persuasively and authentically, with strong sales skills. able to juggle and manage relationships with hundreds of entities across Spain to source high‑quality Taskers. Strong organisational skills with the ability to produce accurate and high‑quality brief documents that describe plans, projects, updates, and results. Strong attention to detail with a knack for prioritisation and establishing the scope of projects. Sigma, Totango, Excel, GSuite. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
