We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or aggression—verbal, physical, direct, or indirect—toward people or property.MissionAsProduct Solutions Specialist – Energy, Safety & Digitalization, you will lead the development, positioning and promotion of energy, safety and digitalization solutions within Linde’s commercial offering.Your role will be key in strengthening our value proposition, training our sales network and supporting our customers in their transition toward safer, more efficient and sustainable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions SpecialistDefine and develop the local strategy for energy, safety and digital connectivity solutions.Analyze market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.Position these solutions as a differentiating factor of the brand.Develop sales arguments and commercial materials for direct and indirect networks.Support the network in demonstrations, tailored solutions and technical advice.Collaborate with HQ on the development and adaptation of solutions.Promote these solutions across all business areas (NT, STR, UT, CS).Work closely with Product, Engineering, Service, Sales and After-Sales to ensure feasibility and follow-up.Sales Network TrainingDesign and plan the training program for the sales network.Create dynamic learning materials and digital tools tailored to the network.Deliver training sessions on energy, safety and digitalization.Evaluate and segment training programs to maximize their effectiveness.Collaborate in internal and external brand events.Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.5+ years’ experience in product management and sales training in industrial or B2B environments.Master’s degree in management and/or experience in the Material Handling sector highly valued.Fluent Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.Competencies & SkillsStrategic vision and results orientation.Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.What We OfferThis is your opportunity to grow your career in a solid, technology-driven company with international reach and constant expansion—where everything is possible.Competitive compensation according to experience and skills.Permanent position in a market-leading company.Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday).Up to 50% home office after onboarding.Private health insurance.Flexible benefits scheme. xsgfvud A pleasant, collaborative work environment with a committed team guided by our values:Integrity, Collaboration, Courage & Excellence.We’re waiting for you
