Our company is at the forefront of the Femtech and wellness technology sector, striving to become the go-to platform for premium at-home devices designed to enhance women's well-being. We are currently looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern (Part-Time) to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, influencer engagement, and social media strategy.Actively manage and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok, staying ahead of trends, KPIs, and performance analytics.● Continuous search for influencers according to established standards.● Strategically engage with influencers via social media and email, fostering partnerships that drive brand awareness and sales.● Identify and prioritize high-performing influencers to maximize campaign impact.● Monitor, review, and optimize influencer partnerships and agreements.● Support the execution and automation of influencer and CRM-driven campaigns.● Oversee product shipments and follow-ups for influencer collaborations.● Contribute to content creation and day-to-day social media operations.● Assist in cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives to support business growth.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital platforms, with the ability to drive an innovative content strategy.● Experience in influencer scouting and collaboration based on product alignment.● Background in digital marketing, particularly with high-ticket products, is a plus.● Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms.● Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.● An opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment within a leading Femtech company.● Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 14:00, with the potential for future full-time employment.● One vacation day per month worked.This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative, high-growth sector, where you will develop key skills in digital marketing, influencer relations, and brand strategy.
