This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, influencer engagement, and social media strategy.Key Responsibilities:●Actively manage and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok, staying ahead of trends, KPIs, and performance analytics.●Continuous search for influencers according to established standards.●Strategically engage with influencers via social media and email, fostering partnerships that drive brand awareness and sales.●Identify and prioritize high-performing influencers to maximize campaign impact.●Monitor, review, and optimize influencer partnerships and agreements.●Distribute and track personalized discount codes, ensuring campaign effectiveness.●Support the execution and automation of influencer and CRM-driven campaigns.●Oversee product shipments and follow-ups for influencer collaborations.●Contribute to content creation and day-to-day social media operations.●Assist in cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives to support business growth.Requirements:●Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital platforms, with the ability to drive an innovative content strategy.●Experience in influencer scouting and collaboration based on product alignment.●Background in digital marketing, particularly with high-ticket products, is a plus.●Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms.●Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.●Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.●A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.What We Offer:●An opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment within a leading Femtech company.●Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 14:00, with the potential for future full-time employment.●Monthly compensation: €450 gross to support your studies.●One vacation day per month worked. xsgfvud This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative, high-growth sector, where you will develop key skills in digital marketing, influencer relations, and brand strategy.
