Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world — from a day trip to a week-long adventure — while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.
To support this growth, we are hiring a Brand Marketing Intern to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.
Team:
As part of your internship, you will join the Marketing team at Click&Boat, a Business Unit made up of 30 people and divided into 4 teams: Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Brand & Communication.
You will join the Brand & Communication team and report directly to Berta, Country Marketing Manager for Spanish and Italian Markets. You will work closely with her and your colleagues across the Spanish and Italian market in English and Spanish.
Missions:
1) Campaign Planning and Execution (40%)
Collaborate with the Country Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute local and international marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarks to guide marketing decisions.
Translate and proofread campaign materials to Spanish to ensure brand alignment.
2) Partnerships and Influencer Marketing (30%)
Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, businesses and brands.
Coordinate the logistical aspects of influencer boat rentals and manage communication with boat owners and influencers.
Assist in performance tracking, reports and insights.
3) Content and Messaging (15%)
Support the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates, tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
Ensure that all messaging aligns with Click&Boat's tone of voice and branding.
4) Cross-functional Collaboration (15%)
Work closely with other marketing teams (SEO, CRM and Paid) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed, such as promotional campaigns and event planning.

Competitive salary: €1000 gross per month

Full-time internship contract.
Start date: April 2026.
Duration: 6 months.
You have previous experience or academic exposure to marketing (internship, project, or coursework).
You speak Spanish as a native, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are fluent in English.
You have been living in Spain for a while and have excellent knowledge of Spanish culture and society.
You enjoy client contact and are comfortable on the phone with good organizational skills and attention to detail to plan and execute influencer partnerships.
You possess a creative mindset and are eager to propose new ideas and solutions.
You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have a keen interest in brand marketing and audience engagement.
A passion for boating or sailing is a plus but not mandatory.
