Kensington School, Madrid, a prestigious British international school with over 50 years' history, is seeking a dynamic, forward‐looking Teacher of English. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‐performing English Department delivering IGCSE and IB programmes, in a supportive and ambitious international school setting. Deliver high‐quality English lessons across KS3–5, including IGCSE and IB. Serve as a form tutor and support the pastoral development of students. Maintain accurate records and track student performance. Participate in staff development, performance management, and school‐wide initiatives. Support extracurricular English and literacy enrichment programmes. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a relevant undergraduate degree. Successful teaching experience at secondary level, ideally teaching English at IGCSE and IB levels. Understanding of effective teaching strategies and curriculum requirements across KS3–5. Strong organisational, planning, and ICT skills.
