For more details, please visit our website – aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.About the role:To lead the team in the Warehouse to ensure that all spares and supplies for the Arable farms are available within timeframes specified by the Arable Farm Manager.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.Optimize Facility Utilization: Ensure warehouse space is fully utilized and maintain adequate stock levels of consumables to support operations.Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and year-end inventory in compliance with departmental and finance procedures.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and Health & Safety requirements in line with company policies.Team Development: Foster skill enhancement and knowledge growth within the warehouse team through training and development initiatives.Requirements:Diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience relevant to the role)Bachelor’s degree is a plus.At least 2 years in a similar role within an FMCG warehouse environment.Almarai offers a competitive package, generous leave, medical coverage, discretionary bonus, training, and development etc.This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding global business, offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
