With more than 40 specialists working on AI and data innovation, the GenAI CoE focuses on developing and scaling AI / GenAI solutions for multiple business domains. This role is part of the Distribution stream and aims to scale AI assets globally across the group, ensuring technical robustness, adoption and alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Goals and deliverables Main Responsibilities & Key Activities Lead the product vision, roadmap and prioritization of GenAI assets for the Distribution domain. Identify AI solutions with high scalability potential across different entities. Manage and refine product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders. Drive end-to-end delivery : requirements, development coordination, deployment, adoption and governance reporting. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, QA teams, business leaders and technical experts across the Group. Prepare and deliver progress updates in internal governance forums, follow-up sessions and steering committees. Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards of quality, compliance and integration. Produce product sheets, feature documentation and content for the Share AI platform. Represent the GenAI CoE in cross-department discussions, acting as a senior reference for technical and business stakeholders. Experience Required 10+ years of experience in complex digital or AI transformation programs. Strong background in product ownership and project management in large, global organizations. Proven experience building and deploying AI / GenAI solutions end-to-end. Solid technical foundation (engineering background or hands-on GenAI projects). Experience working with architects, engineering teams, and senior business leaders. Previous experience in large enterprises (insurance or similar) is a strong plus. Education Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
